We offer an up-to-date quality assurance program based on state of the art QA procedures and technology. We also use Statistical Process Control (SPC) techniques to help maintain dimensional accuracy on parts that require close tolerances to be held.

Critical dimensions and key features are tracked and charted according to job requirements while they are being machined.  All of our measuring instruments, mic sets, standards, and gauges are calibrated annually by an A2LA accredited calibration facility, to maintain our quality standards.  All records are kept and maintained for our customers to see upon request.
